利用規約

この規約は、Shopify アプリ「Raiten」（以下「本アプリ」）を利用するストアの運営者 （以下「マーチャント」）と、本アプリの提供者との間の契約です。本アプリをインストール した時点で、この規約に同意したものとします。
第 1 条（本アプリの内容）
本アプリは、来店・イベントの予約枠を Shopify の商品バリアントとして生成し、通常の チェックアウトで予約を受け付ける機能を提供します。予約の定員管理、予約一覧の表示と CSV 書き出し、前日リマインダーメールの送信、予約した方による日時変更・キャンセルを 含みます。
第 2 条（料金）
- Free — 無料。月あたり 10 件までの予約を受け付け られます。上限に達すると、その月の残りは新しい予約枠が販売されません。
- Basic — 月額 9.99 米ドル。予約件数の上限はありません。 初回は 7 日間の無料体験が付きます。
料金の請求は Shopify の Billing API を通じて行われ、Shopify からの請求に合算されます。 本アプリが直接カード情報を扱うことはありません。プランの変更・解約は本アプリの プラン画面から行えます。解約時の扱いは Shopify の規定に従います。
第 3 条（マーチャントの責任）
- 予約した方に対して、予約情報の取得と利用について自らのプライバシーポリシーで 説明すること。本アプリは、マーチャントの指示に基づいて予約情報を処理します。
- リマインダーメールの文面と送信の可否を決めること。既定ではリマインダーは 無効で、マーチャントが設定画面で有効にしたときにだけ送信されます。
- 予約の受け入れ・実施・返金など、予約そのものに関する対応を行うこと。本アプリは 予約の記録と通知を担うのみで、当事者にはなりません。
- Shopify の注文明細には予約時点の日時が残ります。予約した方が日時を変更した場合、 本アプリは注文を書き換えません（注文を書き換える権限を要求していないため）。 最新の予約日時は本アプリの予約一覧で確認してください。
第 4 条（禁止事項）
本アプリを、法令に違反する目的、予約した方を欺く目的、または Shopify の パートナープログラム規約に反する方法で利用しないでください。
第 5 条（個人データの取り扱い）
本条は、本アプリが予約した方の個人データを扱うことについての、マーチャントと 提供者との間の取り決めです。マーチャントが管理者、提供者が処理者として扱います。
5.1 処理の対象と目的
処理する個人データの項目、目的、保管期間はプライバシーポリシーに記載のとおりです。提供者は、本アプリの 機能を提供する目的の範囲でのみ個人データを処理し、他の目的に転用しません。
5.2 再委託
提供者は、次の事業者に処理を再委託します。いずれも保管時の暗号化と通信の暗号化を 行う事業者です。
- Cloudflare, Inc.（アプリの実行環境とデータベース）
- Resend（リマインダーメールの配信。東京リージョンで送信）
再委託先を変更する場合は、このページとプライバシーポリシーを更新して周知します。
5.3 安全管理
通信は HTTPS で保護し、保存された個人データは保管時に暗号化されます。個人データを 含む画面へのアクセスは記録します。アクセストークンなどの秘密情報は環境の シークレットとして保持し、ソースコードには含めません。
5.4 開示・削除への協力
予約した方から開示や削除の求めがあった場合、マーチャントは Shopify を通じて 本アプリに要求を送ることができます（Shopify の顧客データ請求・削除の仕組み）。 提供者はこれを受けて、開示に必要な情報の特定または該当データの削除を行います。
5.5 削除と返還
本アプリのアンインストールから 48 時間後、Shopify からの通知を受けて、そのストアに 関するデータをすべて削除します。予約データが必要な場合は、アンインストール前に 予約一覧から CSV として書き出してください。
5.6 事故発生時の通知
個人データの漏えい・滅失・毀損が発生した場合、提供者は事実を把握した後、遅滞なく 影響を受けるマーチャントに連絡し、発生した事象・影響範囲・とった措置を伝えます。
第 6 条（免責）
提供者は、本アプリを現状有姿で提供します。Shopify、Cloudflare、メール配信事業者など 外部サービスの障害、またはマーチャントの設定によって生じた損害について、提供者は 責任を負いません。提供者が責任を負う場合であっても、その範囲は、当該事象が発生した 月にマーチャントが本アプリに支払った金額を上限とします。
第 7 条（サービスの変更・終了）
提供者は、本アプリの機能を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。提供を終了する 場合は、Shopify App Store の掲載および本アプリの管理画面で事前に告知します。
第 8 条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的 合意管轄裁判所とします。
第 9 条（規約の変更）
本規約を変更した場合、ページ上部の最終更新日を更新します。変更後も本アプリを 使い続けた場合、変更に同意したものとします。

Terms of service (English)
These terms form the agreement between the merchant operating a Shopify store and the provider of the Raiten app. Installing the app means accepting them. The Japanese text above is the original; this translation is provided for convenience.
1. What the app does
Raiten generates appointment and event slots as Shopify product variants and takes bookings through the store's normal checkout. It manages slot capacity, shows the merchant a booking list with CSV export, sends a reminder email the day before, and lets buyers reschedule or cancel their own booking.
2. Pricing
- Free — up to 10 bookings per month. Once the limit is reached, no new slots are put on sale for the rest of that month.
- Basic — 9.99 USD per month, no booking limit, with a 7-day free trial.
Charges are made through Shopify's Billing API and appear on the store's Shopify invoice. The app never handles card details. Plans can be changed or cancelled from the app's plan page.
3. The merchant's responsibilities
- Telling buyers, in the store's own privacy policy, what booking information is collected and why. The app processes that information on the merchant's instructions.
- Deciding the reminder email's wording and whether it is sent at all. Reminders are off by default and are sent only after the merchant turns them on.
- Honouring, running, and refunding bookings. The app records and notifies; it is not a party to the booking.
- Shopify order line items keep the date and time booked at checkout. If a buyer reschedules, the app does not rewrite the order, because it does not request permission to write orders. The current time is the one shown in the app's booking list.
4. Prohibited use
Do not use the app unlawfully, to mislead buyers, or in any way that breaches the Shopify Partner Program Agreement.
5. Data protection
For personal data of buyers, the merchant is the controller and the provider is the processor. The categories, purposes, and retention period are set out in the privacy policy. The provider processes personal data only to provide the app's features and for no other purpose.
Subprocessors: Cloudflare, Inc. (runtime and database) and Resend (reminder email delivery, sent from the Tokyo region). Changes to this list are published on this page and in the privacy policy.
Security: traffic is protected with HTTPS, stored personal data is encrypted at rest, access to screens containing personal data is logged, and secrets such as access tokens are held as environment secrets, never in source code.
Requests and deletion: access and deletion requests reach the app through Shopify's customer data request and redact mechanisms, and the provider responds as described in the privacy policy. All of a store's data is deleted 48 hours after uninstall, on Shopify's notification — export the booking list as CSV first if the merchant needs to keep it.
Incidents: if personal data is exposed, lost, or damaged, the provider notifies the affected merchants without undue delay, describing what happened, the scope, and the measures taken.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided as is. The provider is not liable for damage caused by outages at Shopify, Cloudflare, or the email provider, or by the merchant's own settings. Where the provider is liable, liability is capped at the amount the merchant paid for the app in the month the incident occurred.
7. Changes and discontinuation
The provider may change the app's features or stop offering it. Discontinuation is announced in advance on the Shopify App Store listing and inside the app.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with the Tokyo District Court as the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
9. Amendments
When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it.
